Anyways, this was a nice change from the classic lentil soup.
Hearty Lentil and Black Bean Soup
Soups are always better the next day.
A couple days ago, I made homemade baked taquitos!
I used the recipe from Vegweb.com
Finally found a way to make vegan pancakes. I’ve been having a hard time flipping them and them being doughy in the middle.
I didn’t add the sugar free syrup but a little bit of maple syrup.
My topping of choice: frozen blueberries.

Amazeballs- I never thought to add braggs with mexican flavors
I didn’t use the amounts because I am just making it for myself and the recipe serves 4.
I also didn’t use water chestnuts, tomatoes, or cilantro.
I think I’m gonna use braggs instead of salt from now on!

I love the potatoes, and the smell of the quiche. I just didn’t love the taste of the quiche, not a big fan of chickpea flour.
The quiche is really pretty looking.
